Case, 25, who was found in her home at Jackson Heights, N.Y., Jan 11, lying in a filled bathtub of water, with her skull crushed in, and dressed only in a slip and a pair of stockings. A bedspread covered the body, which was found early in the evenings by the superintendant of the building, John.
